Check In time is at 3pm, check out time is at 11am.
Our team values your privacy but do know you may receive a knock on your door at check out time.

Yes. Convenient self-parking is available for Evalina guests at DiMillo’s Marina, located at 154 Commercial Street just a few blocks from the hotel. Parking is available for $40 per vehicle, per evening.
A unique access code is required to enter the parking facility, so guests must select parking during the rental agreement process prior to arrival. Parking attendants are available onsite daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist guests as needed.

After booking your stay at Evalina, you will receive a welcome text message from our team sent from +1 (207) 386-4100. This number will serve as your primary point of communication throughout your stay.
Approximately 48 hours prior to arrival, you will receive a secure rental agreement via text from the same number. Once your rental agreement has been completed, we will send your personalized arrival guide, including detailed check-in instructions, property information, and your unique access codes for both the hotel and your suite.
Yes. Every suite at Evalina features a fully equipped kitchen thoughtfully designed for both short and extended stays. Guests will find essential cookware, kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, and dining essentials conveniently provided. For coffee enthusiasts, each kitchen also includes a French press, perfect for enjoying a relaxed morning in the Old Port.
Yes. Evalina proudly partnered with Arabica Coffee to provide complimentary locally roasted coffee in every suite, ensuring guests can start each morning with an exceptional cup right from the comfort of their kitchen. Each suite also includes thoughtfully selected coffee essentials, including a French press for coffee aficionados.

Yes. Our team is available daily between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to provide a light room refresh designed to keep your suite comfortable and inviting throughout your stay. This service includes bed refreshing, towel replacement, trash removal, and replenishment of coffee amenities.
For guests who would prefer a more comprehensive cleaning of the suite, full housekeeping service is also available upon request for an additional $75 per service.
Yes. At Evalina, we understand that pets are part of the family, and we are delighted to welcome your four-legged companions during your stay. To add a pet to your reservation, please contact our team prior to arrival at [email protected] so we can thoughtfully prepare for their stay.
A pet fee of $75 per pet, per day will be processed on your arrival date, and a refundable $250 deposit will be authorized on your form of payment during your stay. Upon request, we are also happy to provide pet-friendly amenities such as dog beds and bowls to help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both you and your companion.

Yes, a washer and dryer is provided in your suite as well as complimentary detergent. Should you desire more enhanced options, inquire with our team for dry cleaning services in the Portland area available Monday-Thursday.
Unfortunately, Evalina does not have an onsite fitness center. However, we would be delighted to recommend several excellent gyms, fitness studios, and yoga spaces all within walking distance of the hotel in Portland’s Old Port neighborhood. Our team is always happy to help guide guests toward wellness experiences that best fit their routine during their stay.

Should you plan to have an overnight guest who was not included on the original reservation, an additional fee of $50 per person, per night will apply, with a maximum of two additional overnight guests permitted per suite.

Yes. Evalina is proudly a non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including within guest suites, common areas, balconies, and all indoor and outdoor spaces.
To preserve the elevated guest experience and maintain a clean, healthy environment for all visitors, any violation of this policy will result in a mandatory $750 cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of remediation required.
Yes. Evalina offers complimentary Pack ’n Play cribs for guests traveling with young children. We kindly ask that requests be made prior to arrival so our team can have the item prepared in your suite before check-in.
